This expansive property features large, light-filled rooms, thoughtfully designed with a variety of indoor and outdoor lighting options—perfect for video and photo shoots, team meetings, or intimate events. Enjoy a second-floor veranda with breathtaking sunset views, generous open-concept living areas, and a stylish coastal vibe throughout. Please note: A 3-hour minimum booking is required. We kindly ask that you do not inquire about shorter time blocks. We do not accept trades or promotions in exchange for use of the space. House is cleaned weekly regardless of bookings. Always cleaned and wiped down within 24 hours of wrapped shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
