    About the Space

    Our location is at 3655 Torrance Blvd., Ste 300 Torrance, Ca 90503 near the 405 freeway. This conference center can accommodate up to 10 people normally however in an effort to practice social distancing, it has been reduced to comfortably seat 5 guests. This is a bright, spacious and friendly place for your Zoom meeting; private meetings; interviews; team building; brainstorming sessions; depositions, filming or just a quiet place to work! This location is kept very clean at all times and you can also enjoy additional included services and amenities such as, coffee, water, tea and snacks, WiFi, conference phone, a beautiful whiteboard and a flat screen TV to project from your laptop. Meeting Room available Monday-Friday / 10:00 am-4:00 pm* Kindly note that your setup/wrap up time has to be within your booking period. We must leave some buffer time to disinfect the area entirely for the next booking. Please ask to confirm if you’d like to add more hours to your reservation. Please note either myself or a site rep will be present on location in a DIFFERENT enclosed room and will not intrude from start to end.     Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
