About Towne Estate and Vineyard
Situated along the Sacramento River, our Sears-Roebuck homestead and its surrounding vineyard offer a picturesque setting for any event. The estate boasts large front and side lawns, a large patio, a beautiful sunroom, a very spacious living room, and a fully renovated modern kitchen. We have a large parking area that can host up to 20 cars. It's the perfect space for rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, corporate events, off-sites, etc. Event Requirements: - For groups larger than 20 people, meals must be hosted outdoors, the kitchen is available for caterers. - Any decor needing to be attached to a wall/hung, must be approved. - Any pets must be approved and are not allowed indoors. - Indoor furniture is not allowed to be moved ***Please inquire about events larger than 50 people. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
