A great space for meetings or holding area for shoots in the neighborhood. A typical picturesque stoop on a beautiful historic tree-lined block with a pleasant quiet garden in the back. The block is extremely quiet due to no traffic throughways. 1/2 block from historic Marcus Garvey Park. This location is great for exterior shots, parlor floor scenes of a meeting room, backyard shots as well as a general holding area for production in the area. Separate men's and women's bathrooms as well as a food prep area are on the garden floor. Refrigerator and sinks may be used.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
