About Studio XMI
(Photos do not represent this space's natural light, studio lights are required.) 756 Square Foot Photo/Video Studio located in Foothill Ranch, CA. The space includes free parking outside the studio entrance and handicap accessibility. The studio comes equipped with remote controlled blackout curtains and a fully equipped kitchen space with a working oven, microwave, fridge, sink, and induction stove-top available for use. This space is connected to our headquarters through the shared hallway/private bathrooms.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned once a month by a professional cleaning crew. In addition, we personally clean the studio between every production.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
