Welcome! Please note: our pictured bathtub is out of order and cannot be filled. This townhouse sits in a quiet corner of Bedford Stuyvesant historic district. My architect and husband restored this home with his own hands over the last few years. We believe it has achieved the ultimate balance of historic detailing and modernity with beautiful details such as Venetian plaster, ornate ceramic tiles, pocket doors, clawfoot tub, louis XVI french bed, hand-crafted wooden benches, hand-built cement sink, and artistic vignettes. The 10-foot ceilings on both the 2nd and 3rd floors and upper skylights lend beautiful natural light. Street parking is readily accessible within the block. Access to the A/C train (Utica Ave stop) is 4 blocks away.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
