Casa De Las Palmas is the perfect 1 acre property for smaller weddings, photoshoots, private parties / events, etc. Tucked away in the heart of Santa Barbara, Casa De Las Palmas has a tropical atmosphere filled with plumerias, palm trees, and a pool for leisure. On the property, we have had intimate birthday parties, 90+ people weddings, and styled editorial shoots. The backyard is fully equipped with outdoor plugs, space heaters, 700 feet of string lights, and a completely fenced in space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
