Hello if you are reading this listing you are thinking about having a meeting or offsite at our home. Our home is a lovely space to host, but please note, outside of take-out catered lunch you bring in this does not include use of the bedrooms and office and is not for swim parties. This is for the outside + living, dining, bathroom. Kitchen for storage/water etc only. There are no photo shoots or video shoots or parties allowed at off-sites, this is for company meetings, team building, wine on our patio after a day of meetings (which might qualify for events and charge more) etc. Our home is a 2000 square foot 2 bed + den/office pool home available for outdoor or indoor gatherings with no cooking (catering only). The living room / dining room is large and spacious and full of new high end furniture and art. The second dining area seats 12 at a farm table! we have so much great indoor outdoor flow, you can open the french doors and just cruise in and out to the restroom etc. the light is lovely at the end of the day when the lighting illuminates. The yard is rustic with a California native garden and a pool as well as multiple seating areas that include a sectional, a picnic table and loungers. The garden side of yard has a 4-6 person sitting area. The yard and home are 100% fenced, making it a compound. The pool is not heated so any pool requests need to be high summer otherwise it’s cold. We do not want pool parties but open to use of it for some situations. Mostly we think this is perfect for work meetings and offsites. just hit us with questions and tell us about your plans.
