• Our facility is 8,000 sqft and features two studios: Studio A and Studio B. • Studio B ( 800 SQF) has a 2-corner cyclical wall 14 ft x 20 ft with 12 ft of height. • Lighting, props, backdrops, and additional equipment are available in our add-on section. You are welcome to bring your own lighting, though use of our professional equipment requires a small rental fee (we have multiple options for both photo and video). • Amenities include mobile clothing racks, a steamer, hair and makeup station, and a designated prep area. We also have a resident hair and makeup artist available by separate, advance booking. • A wide selection of furniture and props (chairs, stools, couches, décor) is included. • Complimentary coffee, water, and WiFi are provided. • Bluetooth speakers are available in every studio. • Two restrooms are located on-site. • For car shoots, Studio A is the recommended option. Space Uses: • Photoshoots. • Video productions. • Events (fashion shows, pop-ups, networking events, private parties, music performances, film screenings). Layout: • Studio A (3,600 sqft): Includes garage access for vehicle entry, very high ceilings, and the option to rent a full three-corner cyc wall or a single bay (with team size limitations). This space is ideal for larger productions with significant equipment. • Studio B (800 sqft): Located at the rear of the building with private door, featuring a two-corner cyc wall. • Common Area (about 2,000 sqft): Flexible space for team prep, staging, or event gatherings. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
