This is a studio of a concert pianist. It has two Steinway grand pianos and one piano is available for recording. Great for recording and film setting. It is fully furnished. Very secure and private in the middle of 5 acres of beautiful views of woods and water. Well lighted, open spaced, high ceilings and good acoustics.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
