The lower area has a beachfront area, plus a green grassy area near the home, and a large 150 ft concrete patio area. The upper level is filled with old 100 ft tall eucalyptus trees in a wooded area and this area can also be used for parking.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
