800SF studio space, perfect for small to medium photography and video shoots. Clean, quiet with full climate control, and very secure. Located in the Vista business park in a very safe area with plenty of free parking. I offer rental of the space with stands and apple boxes but also have lighting and equipment rentals at an additional cost.

The space is not a high use property. 905 of the time it is just myself working alone. It is cleaned before each booking and the clients have a private bathroom .
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
