Important Booking & Operational Policies
Setup & Cleanup Window: Your setup, floral/decor prep, vendor arrivals, and cleanup must take place within your total booked hours to avoid overage fees.
Advance Booking: Dates fill quickly (often 3 to 4 months in advance). We recommend reserving your time early to guarantee availability for your special date.
Acoustics & Audio Disclosure: This is a private residential estate, not a soundproof soundstage. Please account for open-air ambient acoustics when planning speeches, background music, or live audio.

Cleaning and disinfecting will take place prior to booking for bathrooms and hard surfaces
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
* Hosts with more than 5 guests must remove all garbage and trash off the property and take it with them. Failure to do so will result in $300 fine.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
