About the Space
The house is fun. Alpaca roam the back yard and you can feed them. There is a pond in the front yard. The garage is a fitness area, and there is a spa area with decking, cold plunge, an amazing 12 person sauna with a world class sound system, and 10 zones of music throughout the house. There is also a 15 foot swim spa hot tub that can fit a dozen people easily, and a deck area to lay in the sun next to it. We are open to modifications if they are aligned with our vision of making the most amazing venue in Austin. Upstairs is a huge room about 700 sq ft, that is nepalese themed. This is separate from the house rental and can be used or lodging. There are 4 beds in it, plus a bathroom and outdoor tub. At night, there is a light show with dozens of lights all over the property. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
