Our spacious loft accommodates up to 35 attendees, making it perfectly suited for an array of possibilities. Elevator access We offer excellent customer service to make your productions and events run smoothly. We have one conference table and four chairs that come with any booking. You may RENT up to 4 folding tables and 20 folding chairs via the add-ons section We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up. Our space is situated just a ten-minute walk from the Grand stop on the L train and thus close to many restaurants, bars and shops in the East Williamsburg/Bushwick area like Roberta's. Features of our space: - Massively spacious unit - Abundant natural light from south-facing windows - Warm, inviting atmosphere with hardwood floors - Freight elevator access, ensuring a smoother event set-up - Options to rent additional furniture such as folding tables and chairs Food & Beverage Policies: - Outside food is welcome, though cooking on site is not allowed - BYO alcohol is allowed with applicable corkage fee - $100 (permission to use alcohol) Venue Policies: - Event End Times must be strictly followed - Noise should fall within acceptable residential levels - Timely set-up and clean-up must be adhered to - No parking on site Experience what makes us the go-to event space in East Williamsburg and let's make your upcoming celebration one to remember. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
