Please enter and leave the location quietly, and have respect for the neighbours. Please check with the location owner for any parking restrictions or previously agreed parking spaces or permits, (repay to the owner in cash on the shoot day) otherwise please park considerately and do not block neighbouring driveways. No gatherings of people outside the property, no talking on mobiles and no smoking outside the location. Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated area within the location, please check with the owner. Other than that, no food or drink to be consumed anywhere else in the location. Please assume that shoes have to be removed, or protective covers worn to go upstairs. Please protect floors and ask the owner in advance for permission to move any furniture, art, furnishings or personal items. At the end of the shoot, please remove ALL rubbish. If rubbish is to be collected the next day please agree where it can be safely left. Time spent dealing with leftover rubbish will be charged as overtime. Please check over the location before leaving with the owner or their representative to note any damage or forgotten items. For music videos: no alcohol, no drugs, no substances, no smoking or vaping, no guns, no nudity, no anti-social behaviour. The owner (or their representative) reserves the right to close down the shoot for any breach of these rules and/or call the police for threatening or abusive behaviour. No smoke or haze machines to be used. No entrance into white sofa room. Strictly shoot use only. T&C's: Price quoted is for a 10 hour shoot 8am to 6pm. With a crew size of up to 15 people. Hours outside 8-6 with be charged at 1.5 the pro-rata rate Number of people over 15 will be charged at £25pp. Overnight storage is £150pp Deliveries outside of the shoot hours is £50 per delivery
