Our space consists of 1 modernized 1880s farmhouse, 2 Barns, a vintage airstream with campfire, 1 underground bunker, 2 other outbuildings, 2 acres of yard and garden, a gym/workout space, and an in-ground pool 90 miles from NYC and 70 miles from Philadelphia. We have a wide variety of spaces to offer a range of settings for your shoot or event. We have hosted music videos, documentaries, independent films, variety of photo shoots and small events. Easy to get to and convenient amenities around (catering, hotels, etc) if needed. Lower level has a full gym complete with boxing bag, roman chair, bench press and more. Also a woodshop area on this level. 1 other small red barn with two levels, mostly empty inside.
