The house has good storage space, a lot of on-site parking (space for several cars), a garage, a large garden and has had a full refurb throughout. New everything - new kitchen, new bathroom, new furniture, new carpets, new boiler, painted throughout, new appliances - TVs, kettles, fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine, dryer etc., There are flat screen TVs in each room. There is fast wifi included. Washing machine and dryer. There is ample off-street parking. Each room has a bed, desk and plenty of storage. There are 4 bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom upstars, and a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. The entire space will be yours. We currently use it as serviced accommodation so there are towells, tea, coffee etc., all available. If you're filming in Nottingham and require somewhere to stay then this is also a good spot.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
