About the Space
Underground recording studio complex of recording areas and control rooms. The arrangement is for one control room and one recording area including a kitchen and toilet facility. Each recording area is well lit and has laminated flooring and a rug For larger projects both studios can be used simultaneously but would require a double booking. Each studio has its own entrance The spaces are able to be very very private, in terms of on lookers and in sound. This is a basement complex and has no windows to the outside. Each booking is for one studio, the space of each studio is around 600Sqft.

Amazing inclusive, real life analogue parking options are provided in a naturally lit, outdoor setting.
There are options for large and small vehicles as the street is non discriminatory. We suggest you avoid the junctions with other roads as they have nasty yellow lines but just at the corners and are easiliy avoided with care.

General Rules
No smoking please as with all indoor settings in the UK
No illegal drugs as currently legislated in the UK
No fighting, running, spitting, shouting, bombing or heavy petting unless strictly required to do so by the nature of your booking AND agreed beforehand in writing by the management.
No chewing gum unless you are seen to dispose of each particle of chewed gum in a hygenic manner by a member of our team. Only then is more gum permissable.
Please wash your hands.
Please give space and wear a mask if mandated to do so by the UK government. If not mandated then use common sense.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
ask first - thats just polite
move it carefully - as in dont break it and we always will help you move big things.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks/face coverings
- Hand Sanitiser
