FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Catering or prep area • No cooking is allowed on site • Speakers, Projector, Microphones • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers, DJ and amplified music is allowed • Space Rules: No loud music, Confetti is not allowed • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Holiday Party Our space is first and foremost a popular neighborhood coffee shop that is conveniently located in a very high traffic area that is immediately off the Belmont CTA Train Station. The space is quite open and has seating for 70 indooors as well as a patio with seating for an additional 24 guests. We have an impressive sound system as well as a video projector installed and operational. Both systems are easily accessible for playing your own music or video presentation. We have a full coffee bar, oven, three compartment sink and commercial dishwasher all of which can be made accessible for your event under the supervision of one of our staff. We do keep a staff onsite for the booking to ensure your event goes smoothly from start to finish.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
