The entirely outdoor lot is approximately 20,000 sq. ft of land. The outdoor space can be used for markets, live music, art shows and events open to the public and for private use. The building onsite is 2,383 sq. ft. with a capacity of 80. This space has an awesome raised stage, and will soon have a bar!

Members of our cleaning crew are sanitizing their hands with 60% alcohol based sanitizer in addition to mandatory hand washing before entering units. Housekeeping regularly disinfects and sanitizes all door handles and high touch surfaces with products recommended by the EPA.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
