We're Adey and Nadav :) Our beautiful home is located in quiet surroundings coupled with captivating and mesmerizing views of the valley, majestic mountains and views of the Rose Bowl from nearly every room of this custom-built home. Privacy and spectacular views grace this versatile and exquisitely decorated modernist residence in Pasadena's exclusive Linda Vista District, arguably the finest collection of Mid-Century Modernism in Southern California. Built in 1949, this space is a perfect for hosting, photoshoots, and filming. Through well placed skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows, natural sunlight is welcomed throughout the day. Its original architectural design has been conserved starting with the kitchen design, which boasts insane views of Catalina Island and a humongous kitchen island and stove top. The charm of the mid century era can be seen around the remainder of the house. Light filled living spaces enveloped by walls of glass offer expansive views with the city skyline and San Gabriel Mountains beyond. Indoor/outdoor living is realized to perfection with beautiful plants traversing the length of the residence. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
