About the Space
The Bar contains two spaces. The main space is 1800 sq.ft and can host up to 80 people seated or 125 people standing. The space is bright and airy, with air conditioning and dimmable lighting to create the desired ambience. There is a stage area with microphones, speakers, amplifier and AV projector & screen. The licensed bar offers a wide range of wines, cocktails, beers, soft drinks and coffee & teas (and licence extensions are available). And the main space has creative references with the Van Gogh café corner and Monet's Garden at Giverny wall to create a unique atmosphere. The smaller, private space is 425 sq.ft and can host up to 25 people for a more discrete, initimate event. We offer a range of catering packages - please contact us for more details. The space is great and adaptable for hosting a wide variety of events, including corporate hire, company parties, parties, receptions, exhibitions and workshops. Space hire includes cleaning and tidying before and after hire so you only need to clear up any decorations or extensive mess. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
