Our ranch is approximately 20 acres of land with a 2 acre, 30 feet deep pond, which is stocked with Bass, Brim, Crappy and Catfish. There is a small (1400sqft), newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located on the property which includes a screened-in porch. The house sits about 1.4 miles off the street giving way for a front yard with approximately 3 acres of open space. The "immediate" backyard includes a functional WELL and another 6 acres of space. (3 open and 3 partially wooded.) The 2 acre pond is located behind this open space with 1 dock and open areas used for fishing and paddle boating. Behind the lake is another 5 acres of land complete with nature and ATV trails. Our ranch is a great place for corporate vision retreats, video/movie shoots, outdoor receptions, outdoor game competitions, family reunions, picnics, camping and MUCH MORE!
