Welcome to our newly built oasis, completed just under a year ago. Perfect for a poolside photoshoot, our stunning in-ground saltwater pool was fully renovated last summer.
The spacious backyard is versatile and ideal for various events, whether you're planning a small birthday or graduation party, a wine tasting, an intimate ceremony, or an outdoor picnic. With a capacity of up to 50 people, it’s the perfect setting for your special occasion.
Option 1: Basic Rental
Access to the backyard for photo shoots, small gatherings, etc. - restroom available, NO POOL USE
$50 per hour + Up to 10 guests
Option 2: Silver Rental
Access to the backyard and Pool usage
$50 per hour + Up to 5 guests
Option 3: Gold Rental
Access to the backyard, pool, indoor living space with full size kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms
$150 per hour + Up to 10 guests, plus a $50 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
