About the Space
We are located in a historical district so alot of the houses in the area have a rustic appearance. On a nice spring or summer day we have enough space to help your guest feel comfortable and private for a personal experience. We have a two level structure that we can accommodate guest with. We can provide refreshments or you can do your own catering. The building has electricity, natural light and good ventilation for large or small occupancies. You can enter the structure from two different directions in front and from the back. We can also provide bathrooms for guest or we can add a portable toilet for guest outside.

We use plant base cleaning materials to provide an eco-friendly experience for our guests. Our deep cleaning process utilizes plant-based cleaning agents that have been approved by the CDC guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
