There are 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. The property sleeps 16 in its current configuration, but could accommodate more. Catering can be done via the kitchen or any other setup, including an outdoor kitchen. There are 5 restrooms on the ground floor, alone. This makes it easy to host an event and not even use the bedrooms, if necessary.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
