DUNGEON Step into our dungeon-style area with 9-foot metal ceilings and rugged river rock foundation walls, providing a gritty, immersive backdrop that’s perfect for projects seeking a distinctive, edgy vibe. TUNNELS For an added layer of atmosphere, venture into our 100-foot-long red-brick tunnels. Standing 6 feet high and featuring a dramatic T-intersection, these passageways are ideal for creating suspenseful, moody scenes that bring a sense of intrigue to any production. Rental Options: -No Minimum: ONLY 9AM-7PM WEEKDAYS and for bookings made within 7 days of the rental date. -3-Hour Minimum: For bookings made 8+ days in advance. -Wet-Down Feature: Add a cinematic touch with a wet-down as an optional add-on.

Between each booking, we thoroughly wipe down all surfaces to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Additionally, we have a professional cleaning crew that comes in bi-weekly to deep clean the bathrooms, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space tidy during your visit.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
