5000 square feet of wide-open space and 30’ ceilings in a former hydro building. In addition to the warehouse space we also have 6’ underground tunnels and passageways, a large cellar area with 9’ ceilings and river rock foundation walls. Windows on the North and West Walls, drive-in access (12’ x 12’ garage door).

The warehouse is housed in an old building, and we prioritize cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. Between each booking, we thoroughly wipe down all surfaces to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Additionally, we have a professional cleaning crew that comes in bi-weekly to deep clean the bathrooms, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space tidy during your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
