A spacious 1,400 SF downtown loft with two walls of east-facing windows that flood the studio with beautiful natural light all day. The morning sun is direct and casts artistic shadows through the industrial loft windows (until about 1pm), while the afternoon hours illuminate the space with soft, even light throughout (until sundown). Our studio has the best light in the building! We are located in the corner of the top (12th) floor, providing clean and unobstructed views of the iconic DTLA skyline from our 9 large windows. Our windows also have motorized blackout shades to easily adjust the light to your liking throughout the day. This space is home to our photography studio, Sungold Studio, and has all of the bells and whistles for a well-run shoot. We designed this space to seamlessly offer both studio and lifestyle setups in the same location. We've curated the living room area with textured walls and beautiful vintage furniture pieces to incorporate and stage into your shots. We also left plenty of open space for a clean shoot zone along the fresh white walls and polished concrete floors.
