About the Space
This storefront is a blank canvas for you to create the event of your dreams. There is also a beautiful backyard available during warmer months. We accommodate 100 people for a cocktail party and 50 people for a seated dinner. The space is located in the flatbush area near kings highway. Trains in the area: 2,5 Bus in the area: B41 The space is good for but not limited to: baby showers, birthday parties, seated dinners, pop-up shops, and photo shoots. The space offers high ceilings, bathroom (LED mirror), prep kitchen, and Samsung bluetooth speaker (indoor) During the warmer months, our backyard is available for use and an additional charge. Up to 50 chairs and chair covers (black and white), 7 6ft tables, 1 8ft table, 1 5 ft table, projector is available for an additional charge. SET UP AND BREAKDOWN ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING TIMES

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
