We operate a rentable photo studio in a historic building. This building is nearly 120 years old and built of heavy timber and brick. Inside our space and the entire building, the ceiling's wooden beams are exposed on all floors as well as historic brick causing dust and small debris to fall that cannot be avoided. Anyone who has lived with exposed brick or large timber beams understands that dust and debris can accumulate in spaces that are not routinely traveled, or behind immovable objects such as beds, cabinets, etc. We are absolutely willing to clean the space for an additional fee if dust and small debris is an issue.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
