    About the Space

    Located in Downtown Tacoma, we are a community co-working space. This is our Pacific Ave Classroom is located on our 1st floor, is ADA accessible, and can fit up to 12 people comfortably. Furniture can all be moved for round table discussions, presentations, classroom configurations, etc. There is a digital display that you can seamlessly connect to via wifi for your presentations. Room rental includes wifi, whiteboard, digital display, seating for up to 12, and access to coffee and snacks. Companies like Tacoma Humane, Milwaukee Tool & AT&T have used our space in the past. ✓ Seat Capacity: 10 to 12 people ✓ Features: Whiteboard & 4k UHD display ✓ ADA Accessible: Yes Please submit booking requests at least 24 hours in advance of booking start time.

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
