Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful boardroom for up to 30 people on the 2nd floor of our grade listed building in the centre of Manchester on Deansgate. We offer full (8 hrs) and half day (4 hrs) and evening rates only on this room. He redbrick intricate building opens up wide carved staircase that leads to upper floors. The venue leads off the noise and bustle of the city to a quiet and conducive atmosphere of the inner spaces. Beautifully crafted wood panelling and careful sited panels of stained glass enliven the rooms and corridors of the building. Our flexible events venue has a choice of sixteen meeting & conference rooms, perfect for accommodating a wide range of business and personal events. Parking description

We offer discounted parking at NCP. There is also street parking next to the venue. Deansgate entrance in-between Jacksons row and Lloyd Street. Press buzzer and someone will let you in the building. There is three steps at the front of the building to get to reception where there is stairs and lift. However for disabled access we have a entrance on Jacksons Row where you will also press the buzzer.
