We base our policies and follow the guidelines as outlined here https://www.filmla.com/covid-19/ Unless medically unfeasible, all participants in the production are highly encouraged to get tested for Covid-19 and provide a negative test result within 1 week of the production. Please email [email protected] or print a copy of the result. All participants are required to have their temperature taken and fill out our Covid Screening Questionnaire prior to entering the production area. If you would answer yes to any of the questions in this form please call or email us prior to arriving at the shoot. It is highly likely you will not be allowed to participate in person Masks are required at all times by all participants besides talent during filming This includes talent when not filming Hand Sanitizer will be available at the door, on the production floor, in the green room and bathroom Compliant PPE Masks and glove will be available for free Break rooms, rest rooms, green rooms, common area and production space is cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to the start of the shoot. Craft Services must take place outdoors For an additional fee Media Pollution can provide live feed streaming in and/or out for remote access In order to reduce participants, Media Pollution offers DIT support Non essential participants are not allowed We love your friends and family, but we respect the safety of everyone else more. In an effort to limit in person activity as possible media pollution accommodates “extended” day productions. By all means necessary setup, art direction, lighting, load in, prep, etc will be completed prior to the arrival of talent. Covered outdoor spaces within 20’ of the production floor and required to be used by non-essential/stand by participants in the production.
