About the Space
This is an open space for people to host events such as Open Mics, jam sessions, unplugged intimate music shows/concerts, dance practice or dance class, stretching/yoga sessions, meditation, painting sessions, warehouse electronic DJ sets, marketing activations, art gallery showings, educational workshops/courses, meetings, etc. This is a 1300 square space 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment that has a patio. My roommate and sing, play the piano, drums, bass, guitar, etc. I also love ecstatic dance, Salsa, Tango, Contemporary/Lyrical, Hip Hop, Swing, etc. I also rock climb, play volleyball, bike, run, etc. so we have lots of space to do Yoga, stretch, work out, etc. I paint and do creative writing and songwriting. I've been working remotely the last 6 years and we have excellent WiFi. I lived in Spain for 6 months and Argentina for 3 years. It's also a great space to record. We have an amazing acoustic and sound here and never get any complaints. We've played all night long.

We hire cleaners in between sessions. We wipe down all surfaces and air out the space. We also have filters.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
