Step into the cozy elegance of Let's Meet Up! Your ultimate destination for intimate gatherings with a living room vibe! Perfect for intimate weddings, private parties, corporate events, and more! Weekday Rates Mon-Thurs $75 an hour (AVAILABLE 6AM-10PM) Weekend Rates Fri, Sat, Sun $100 an hour (ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER 3PM) (All time needed to prepare and clean up from your event must be included in your booking time, we cannot guarantee availability outside of your reserved time.) Features: * Flexible spaces perfect for cozy get-togethers * 12-foot ceilings in the main room * Exposed brick in the back room * Charming, enclosed porch * One private restroom * 50" television in the main space, swivel mounted with HDMI attachment included * Large Chalkboard wall * Tablet connected to one Bluetooth speaker in the main room that guest can log into personal Spotify or Pandora or use our Soundtrack Your Brand subscription. * Tables and Chairs pictured are included in rental * Outside food and drink are permitted, alcohol permitted in limited quantities. * Absolutely no alcohol sales are permitted as part of an event. * Refrigerator space available * Variety of board games and card games included * Residential street parking available There is central air conditioning and heat in the main area of the space. There is no central AC/Heat in the back room/porch/bathroom. A portable AC unit is used in the summer months for the back room.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected between each rental.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
