The Compound is a multi-functional space located in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter. This 12,000 square foot former textile factory has been used by some of the leading players in film, music and media. It contains its own 25 seat cinema, bar, art studio and three self-contained living spaces. Great for private or corporate events including birthday parties, company away days, product launches, pop-ups and more

The Compound are committed to providing a thoroughly cleaned and safe location for your companies needs. Cleaners are on site before and after hires to ensure that high touch areas remain hygienic.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
