This space is a one-of-a-kind wine bar in Downtown Dallas with patio and skyline views. With easy access, the garage door shown in the photos opens to a covered patio with modern, red chairs. If preferable, our kitchen area is included as well with the rental. Ideal for photo and film shoots with its uniqueness, our space brings creative's ideas to live in its industrial look. Our location also is close to all of Dallas' main areas of attraction, minutes from downtown, uptown area, Deep Ellum, and other major freeways. Ample parking is also provided in front of the building, on side streets, as well as in an attached parking garage to the vicinity. Our space is cleaned thoroughly every business day. All high touch surfaces are disinfected. Wine glasses and bar-ware are washed at high temperature and sanitized. Disposable plates and utensils are used for food service. Garage door opens fully to outside patio to allow for maximum ventilation.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
