Every room is fully staged and is perfect for an influencer, brand photoshoot, or film studio in search of a minimal & contemporary backdrop. The apartment is abundant in natural light as shown on the featured model. This space was recently used by Hulu for filming a movie that will be released later this year. The space is thoroughly disinfected before and after each booking. No more than 3 people should occupy the space at a time. Masks and social distancing are maintained in all common areas.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
