Glamping We are a small butique site and want to keep it as somewhere people can come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet hours are between 10:30pm and 7:00am. Music players/radios must be kept to a reasonable volume and no loud noises after 10:30pm. Please respect your fellow guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum after this time. Please let us know of any damage, breakages or maintenance issues that you come across. We are on a septic tank so please only toilet paper to go down the toilet everything else including wipes and sanitary products to go in the bin. Any cushions or throws used outside are taken in of an evening or if it’s raining. If items are left out and wet there will be an additional cleaning charge applied. No glass on or near the shower and hot tub areas. If any glass is broken please inform a member of staff as soon as possible. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy and cleaning products are provided for your use. This includes the shower room, sink area, crockery, cutlery, pans, utensils, and barbecue equipment. Bins should be emptied into the green bin prior to your departure. Please take care of the area around your site and leave it as you would wish to find it. To look after our pods we ask our guests to not wear footwear inside. No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted in any of the glamping accommodation. You will be charged the full £100 security deposit if there is any evidence of smoking. We regret that we do not allow dogs in our glamping accommodation. Guests should not remove any item from the property. You are liable for any items found broken or missing and the cost of these items will be deducted from your deposit. The fire pit supplied may not be moved for safety reasons. Only timber can be burnt in the fire pit. Doors on your the pods MUST be closed when you are using the fire pit to stop smoke entering. It is strictly forbidden to collect and burn any timber from the woodland. The glamping accommodation is sited in natural woodland and appropriate care should be taken. We take our Health and Safety responsibilities very seriously and ask visitors to respect our safety rules and make themselves aware of the surroundings during daylight hours. Parents are responsible for their children and they should always be supervised. We do not allow visitors in the glamping accommodation even if part of your group is staying in the local area. This helps to safeguard the comfort and security of all our guests. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to your car or associated property whilst on site.
