About the Space

Welcome to CAM STUDIOS, also known as CREATE And MEET Studios—a modern, lux-inspired creative space in Laguna Niguel designed to bring your vision to life. This 1,200 sq ft studio has beautiful natural light from 8am–5pm and is ideal for brand and personal branding sessions, content creation, video production, boudoir, family, maternity, styled shoots, and select wedding or engagement sessions. Enjoy interchangeable sets, furniture and props, including cream arch walls, white and black modular couches, modern desks, wainscoting, lime-washed walls and seamless paper backdrops (additional fee may apply). The studio offers Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, free parking and direct access. Continuous lights, a Profoto B10 package and paper backdrops are available for an extra fee. Conveniently located near the 5 freeway with restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. Please read all house rules before booking. No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, haze/fog machines, glitter or confetti. Do not stand on or place items on furniture. Crews must leave all furniture and equipment as found and observe arrival and departure times. Cameras monitor safety, arrival/departure, overtime and damages; footage is retained only if Peerspace requests proof.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $35, PET FEE $50. although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
