We have qualified cleaners who take a 5 step enhanced cleaning protocol to ensure the property is as clean as possible for our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
A newly refurbished sustainable luxury apartment great for your next production project. We have 2 double bedrooms along with an open kitchen and lounging space. The art has been specially commissioned for us within the property and also some of the furniture is unique to us. We have beautiful views of Manchester city centre and canal side views. Being a corner suite you are able to see Deansgate along with the rest of Manchester even as far as Trafford centre. We are happy to host a number of production shoots including interviews for TV, Film, Tik Toks and Youtube content. Our space is also perfect for photo shoots with amazing views of the city.
