FT.) • A spacious and versatile studio, perfect for photo shoots and video productions. STUDIO B (750 SQ. FT.) • Featuring a 14’x24’x10’ white cyclorama wall with a 2.5-foot curve, ideal for professional photo shoots. -------------------------------------------------------------- FEATURES & AMENITIES • Private Green Rooms • Make-up / hair / changing room • Optimized HVAC system for ideal airflow and comfortable temperatures. • Ample parking in the building complex parking garage (prices posted at entrance). • First-floor access (no elevators or stairs required). IMPORTANT NOTES • Lighting - this is not a fully natural-light studio. HOUSE RULES All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: ‣ Complete registration for any person entering the space for contact tracing. ‣ Follow all posted guidelines regarding mask use, congregating in groups and wiping down of high touch surfaces unless otherwise noted. ‣ Collect and clean dishes, silverware and other provided host amenities if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
