Flexible use space perfect for meetings, photoshoots, video productions, and small events. Includes up to 8 seat conference table, small kitchenette, and breakout room. Larger kitchen and restrooms available in hallway outside of space. Tastefully and simply decorated space may be easily personalized for your event or production. Large atrium style skylight provides beautiful light. Not soundproof. Brick walls, timber ceilings, and wood floors. Blackout shades in breakout room with dark walls.

We clean all surfaces and ensure time between all meetings to ensure safe environment. We recommend that masks be worn indoors in accordance with Illinois state guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
