We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, many venues and nightclubs, and some residential areas. Our space is similar to a warehouse, so we share a courtyard parking lot with neighboring businesses. For this reason, we prefer advance notice (at least 3 weeks) for indoor/outdoor events. Studio A has a full-sized garage door, house projection screen, portable video monitor, metal and wooden accents. Studio B is a 650 sqft flex space with a permanent set in one corner, small piano shop in another corner, sink and front bay door in another corner, and storage with a plethora of props, plants, and set decoration. With glass doors between the rooms, it doubles as a drum isolation room for album recordings, and allow for quick and easy emptying of the room for a blank canvas for your meets or events with under 30 people! Pricing is $125, $150, or $185 per hour depending on the day of the week and time of day. Please be sure to enter the date and time desired for your event for accurate pricing information.
