Creative Loft Studio | Photography, Videography & Content Creation Spacious open-concept loft studio designed for photographers, videographers, content creators, podcasters, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creative professionals. The flexible floor plan provides plenty of room to create multiple shooting areas, arrange equipment and lighting, conduct interviews, film promotional content, host models or clients, and customize the space around your production. The space is ideal for professional photoshoots, videography, podcasts, social media and influencer content, branding sessions, product photography, commercial filming, interviews, headshots, fashion shoots, real estate and business content, YouTube videos, reels, workshops, and other creative productions. Your rental includes wall-mounted photography equipment. Guests must bring their own photography backdrops and encouraged to bring their own cameras, lighting, tripods, microphones, and other production equipment. A fully equipped kitchen is included at no additional charge and features an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, pots and utensils. The kitchen provides a convenient area for longer shoots, food-related content, breaks, or production preparation. Additional included amenities include free Wi-Fi, use of the television with USB connectivity, and a glass whiteboard, great for presentations, production planning, training, or displaying information during your session. Give your clients, models, and guests a professional arrival experience by utilizing our reception desk as a check-in/sign-in station. The reception area can also serve as additional workspace for registration materials, equipment, products, or production supplies. For larger productions, workshops, or group sessions, 60-inch round tables and white folding chairs are available for an additional rental fee.
