About the Space
Available for booking 500 sq feet studio space. Conveniently located in Sacramento midtown second floor on the corner of J and 25th street. We offer an optional upgrade to a full studio of nearly 2300 sq. foot studio for beginner to expert photographers and filmmakers, small and medium group meet up. This is the place for photographers or videographers to shoot your next fashion photography, music video, boudoir photography, and commercials. *Fee: $76/hr business hour 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri. 1.5x for overtime, weekends, and after-hours. Overtime Hourly Pricing is based on Peerspace rules of 30-minute increments. Extra-person fee: $5 each person each hour, max is at 4 people, if you need more people, please book the 9 sets and add this room for more space. * Bathroom, small chairs, and 2 LED lighting with 2 C-stand, Free Wifi (Included in the studio rental price). Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
