About the Space
The Inn has a gorgeous wrap-around porch with plenty of seating space for an outdoor meeting, a large yard that can also hold additional people, a dining room with plenty of seating and a living room with plenty of seating. It's decor is "Shabby Chic." Located in historic downtown Gainesville, it's a perfect location for a birthday luncheon, a bridal shower, a baby shower, a corporate retreat (we have 7 Inn rooms as well, and we serve a continental breakfast to Inn guests), a photography session, a dinner, a networking event, a pop-up, workshops, yoga class... so many uses for such a beautiful space. Feel free to choose your own caterer.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
