The little red barn is a unique venue that used to be a working haybarn. It boasts a vaulted ceiling and a half loft area with an interior of only 480 sq ft. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of northern Arkansas in a 20-acre hayfield, the rural surroundings of ponds, trees, and wildlife add to its simple and natural beauty. With state highway access, this location is perfect for a wide variety of activities such as photography shoots, film scenes, and weddings. The history of the barn and property creates an interesting storyline and backdrop for a wide variety of needs.

Even though our space is well ventilated, we clean thoroughly before each booking. High traffic surfaces like gate latches and door handles are disinfected for guests. Our outdoor space has open-air ventilation and plenty of space to allow for physical distance.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
